Workplace safety is our #1 priority and a philosophy we expect all workers to follow. Fully compliant with all OSHA, state and local safety regulations, SAMPAUL Contracting takes the safety of our workers even further by requiring all workers to undergo regular Safety Orientation & Training Programs designed to encourage self motivated safety practices. During the training sessions workers are screened for good safety behaviors and must exhibit thorough knowledge of jobsite safely and accident prevention plans.

Before being assigned to a jobsite, workers must complete an additional training session addressing project specific safety requirements. Workers must demonstrate a high level of safety competency, as well as their understanding of the required policies and principles. Once a project is underway, we conduct jobsite safety audits to ensure compliancy and to identify any possible additional training that might be needed.
